The project applies structured analytical standards to Iran analysis: factional neutrality (no faction is treated as reformist or hardline by default), epistemic tagging (every claim marked as Fact, Inference, Uncertain, or Speculation), source discipline (5-tier source hierarchy with provenance tracking), and full transparency (all instruction files, methodology, and AI usage are public).
AI (Claude by Anthropic) is used as an analytical tool, not a source. All AI instructions are committed to version control. The framework database is the source of truth — maintained as a live Git repository with every analytical decision tracked in commit history.
Technology
The analytical engine is built on open-source infrastructure developed as part of this project. These tools are available independently for anyone building multi-agent AI workflows.
